48 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED.
Processing time at the beginning of each semester could increase by several
business days due to the the high volume of requests received.

Description:
This form is used to request a classroom for an event other than a scheduled course.
  1. Evening events for spring and fall may be submitted one month prior to the first day of classes.
  2. Daytime events for spring and fall may not be submitted until one full week of classes have been completed.
  3. Evening or daytime events for summer may be submitted approximately April 1.

The person in charge is responsible for contacting Media and Technology Support Services, 865-5400, to arrange for any media or technology equipment for the assigned room.
